Im getting a BAL_INTERFACE_ERROR every time i try to create a new profile. My Reader Pegoda 3 CLRD730 is in VCOM Mode. I tried different COM ports (f.e. 3 and 4). I tried almost every combination in the Profile settings (recommended no SAM / Contactless Reader i selected the Reader correctly). I get the error everytime even after closing the software/ reconnecting the device. I was told the drivers are not the problem/ also i tried using different ones. Please help.
