BFU790F loadpull impedances

we are using BFU790F, and im trying to impedance match BFU790F to 50ohm to design LNA. could you please give me the input impedance and output impedance of the BFU790F and the gain, output power, NF, and other parameters at that impedance? basically, I'm asking for the results of the load-pull measurement.

NXP provides measured S-parameters with noise data for BFU790F. All the RF design tools accept this data . So, you can use these files to evaluate required parameters as needed.

Also, NXP provides BFU790F MEXTRAM model as a part of PDK for ADS simulation tool.

Note. LNA operates in small signal mode. Using linear S-parameters are enough for this design.
Load-pull measurements may be needed to design for RF power amplifier in large signal mode. In this case, my suggestion is to use Mextram model to perform load-pull simulation.
