Address lines of LS1043ACE9QQB for increasing RAM size

Hello,

For my existing project am using MPU with part no LS1043ACE9QQB with DDR4 : MT40A512M8SA-062EAIT:F  which is 2GB now we are planning to increase the RAM size hopefully MPU will support maximum of 32GB. We have selected alternative part no DDR4 : MT40A1G8SA-062E:R (4GB) and MT40A2G8SA-062E  (8GB). So for increasing the RAM size whether the version of MPU needs to be changed for using address lines. Please suggest on address lines usage.
