Why, when performing the static operating point simulation of AFT09MS031N LDMOS using ADS, did we find that the static current was in the nA range? First of all, it should be noted that there are no issues with the circuit diagram or the installation package components.

Firstly, ensure that the biasing conditions are appropriately set for the LDMOS. If the gate voltage is too low or not properly configured, it could lead to minimal current flow. Additionally, check the supply voltage to ensure it meets the required levels for the device to operate correctly.

This is certainly no problem. I suspect it's a model issue or that the latest model is incompatible with the ADS2024 version.
