Hello. I am a student from Russia and am currently writing my diploma. I have a question. I assembled in AWR Microwave office a chain from a datasheet for an AFT09MS015NT1 transistor, having previously loaded the transistor model. But my characteristics did not match with the datasheet.What could be the problem?
