AFIC10275N Airfast RF LDMOS Wideband Integrated Power Amplifier

Hello,

I am very interested in evaluating the AFIC10275N power amplifier for an on-going prototype development. I would appreciate any help in getting started with this part in a laboratory environment, that includes ordering the evaluation boards, biasing-sequencing circuits and requirements for Drain/Gate supply voltages and instructions for lab-testing.

I've found that your question has been already answered directly in Service Request you opened on 17-Jun 2015.

The answer was:

"In case of AFIC10275N power amplifier there is have possibility to order test board (test fixture).

You need to contact our Authorized Distributor - in US it is Richardson RFPD, e-mail: rfpdsales@arrow.com or phone: (800) 737-6937. They will place purchase order for you at Freescale. Please refer to device Part Number (AFIC10275N and working frequency range - board for 1090 MHz Applications is available). "

I believe the SR advice was helpful and you successfully started your project.
