A1006 processing

For PN A1006TL/TA1NXZ, This part is a level 3 moisture sensitive component that we have to bake here before we can install. If we were to bake the entire reel, what is the max. temp and bake time that the plastic reel itself/the plastic tape can reach?

Dear Matthew Zajac, We do not have a spec for the reel, but I know that this can support 100 C without any problem
Normally the baking temperature depends on the time that you want to bake the part, as I remember there is a spec for bake at 65 C for 7 days,
