I faced an issue in the simulation LDMOS MRFE6VS25N in AWR. I use 12 and 13 versions 64bit, but model is only 32bit. How can I simulate this transistor using my AWR software?
The product model design kit for MRFE6VS25N contains the 64-bit model.
