Hi, i had buy a DEVKIT-S12XE, which includes an osbdm debugger, but does not work with the NOICE.

DEVKIT-S12XE development platform for S12XE|NXP 

Iis it possible to change the OSBDM firmware to function as a USBDM?

Hi jaw waj,

I do not have access to this board for testing.

It appears to be a standard OSBDM-JM60 hardware so it may work with the USBDM_TWR_HCS12_V4.sx image provided in the USBDM installation FlashImages folder.

However - this requires programming the image to the board.  It is not in the format compatible with the OSBDM bootloader.  You will require an external HCS08 programmer.
