Hi,
I am trying to upload software into MC9S12XEQ512 controller with the USBDM Debugger interface, but I have faced some difficulties. During programing the EEPROM with "Flash Programmer" I always bump into errors. I am trying to program the region 0x13F200 – 0x13FFE4, with the following settings
(I tried both XEP-MC9S12XEP-LINEAR and XEP-MC9S12XEP)
I always get the error:
However, if I program the PFLASH region first, and then the DFLASH region ( from 0x13F200 to 0x13FFE4), I get the following error:
I really don't know what to do, so can someone give me some advice?
