You may contact kent@emcraft.com about this LTE CAT M1 module. I do not believe it is fully commercialized yet. 

Microhard is also a manufacturer of LTE modems for drones. you will need to talk with them about which specific modules are the most appropriate for your applications.

You may wish to look at a low cost option like a USB LTE modem from someone like Hologram.io
