We have made a LS1046 based SOM using the NXP LS1046 RDB. RDB has used LTC3866 switching regulator to generate core VDD 1.0V @ 20A. The Power MOSFETS used on Top Gate is Infenion BSZ0506NS and Bottom Gate is BSC010NE2LSI.
There is an package related layout issue on the Top Gate section. Can I use the Bottom Gate N Channel MOSFET ( BSC010NE2LSI) at the Top Gate ? The two MOSFETS hae different foot print and My PCB is received with Bottom Gate MOSFET foot print at both locations.
