The spec for the MW6S010GNR1 shows a test circuit layout on page 4. I am looking for as much information as there is available for this test circuit. Ideally I could get gerbers for that design, but if not available I could try to copy that layout from the spec, but I need the dielectric thicknesses that were used in the stackup of the test circuit.
Please direct me as to where to find this information.
