we are facing a problem with NCF3340 reader and ICODE slix2 TAG working togather.
we made a road charge system, NCF3340 is used to read NFC card for fee charge,
and ICODE slix2 RFID tag is put on the car position where our machine is installed. our system will detect tag once a while to avoid the system be removed.
in our road test 1 of 120 vehicle, after 1 mounth driving test, 1 RFID TAG suddenly cannot read.
after tried reboot system, change machine, all cannot read. finally we used a phone and the RFID is read normally. strange is that after this, the system can normally read RFID again.
this is confusing. do you have any idea why after phone reading the RFID can be read normally by system?
BTW, we checkd the appearance the RFID is normal and no press/bending
