Where can I find the example code for AN12657? Been searching like a maniac without being able to find it. It's not in the NFC reader library as I thought it would be.

I found it https://www.nxp.com/webapp/sps/download/license.jsp?colCode=SW6693 . It's the "Anticollision register layer for CLRC663".

Hello, I appreciate your interest in our products.
We don't have any examples for this AppNote. The intention of this Application Note (Using the RC663 without library) is to show how to build and send the respective command set through a supported communication interface (SPI, I2C, I2CL, and serial UART).
Section 4 shows how to send the commands for either ISO 14443 or ISO 15693.
Using the Datasheet you can check the registers of the CLRC663 and, with the use of the respective ISO specification document the customer should be able to build the instructions for its application.
This application note is only for illustrative purposes and, does not have any examples.

Best Regards,
Fabian

I see, I might have misunderstood. I think what I'm looking for may be the SW6693, RC663_Register_Example, I see it mentioned in several posts. For example "SW6693\RC663_Register_Example\Ex1_Simple_REQA". The reason I mentioned the AN12657 is because some months ago I'm pretty sure I downloaded some example code somewhere that names the functions the same way i.e. waitForCardResponse, writeRegister, readRegister.
