Use LPC Debug NHS3100 DemoBoard debug Fail

when I debug the app_demo_dp_tlogger demo project ,there are some errors happen like the picture in the attachment .

please tell me how to solve this problem ?

flash magic is OK to download the hex file .

if you need more information ,please let me know .
