is it possible to get the source code for the PC demo application for SW3651 ?

We need to develop a PC based application for accessing the tags (also I2C passthrough mode)

Do you mean "sw365010 - NTAG I2C plus PC Demo application source code (1.0)"? Actually it is available for downloading in docstore.nxp.com, you may fetch it from there.
The guide of docstore is also attached in this mail, please refer to the attachment for details.

when I go to https://docstore.nxp.com, and do my usual login, I get to the normal nxp.com site, there is nothing that looks like the PDF file you attached ? Searching for "sw365010" does not yield any match whatsoever....

And yes, the title you suggest looks correct, I just need the zip file if possible please
