Send data via NFC with MSP430 and NFC IC

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to write a code on code composer studio for a circuit including MSP430, LMP91000 and NT3H2111 NFC IC that harvest energy and initiate the electrochemical measurement when it communicated with an NFC-enabled smartphone and send the measurement data back to the smartphone via NFC technology. However, I'm new to this and I'm having trouble with finding examples.

At least for a start, I want to send a message via NFC to a smartphone like "Hello world" through this circuit. In the next stage, I will try to transfer data obtained from a sensor via NFC. Can you help me to write a code and create libraries for this purpose or give some examples?

Thanks,

Hello, my name is Fabian, I've been assigned to support your case.

Thank you for your interest in our products.

We do have a Middleware for NTAG I2C (NT3H211) but it is limited to the use of our NXP MCUs with our SDKs.

We also have an example for the NTAG I2C and KW41 for BLE pairing, in the Software section. It is possible to be used as a reference for building you own application.

Unfortunately, we don't have any generic I2C examples for building a application from any MCU. It required to be built by yourselves based on the I2C Commands available in the Datasheet.

Please take a look at the memory organization and, its structure.

I am very sorry but, this is all we have.

Best Regards,
Fabian

Can you help me with an example of a NT3H2111 library that I can use with the MSP430?

Hello,

Unfortunately I can't. My support scope is limited to NXP IC's that run the NTAG I2C middleware through our SDKs.

My apologies but, the interfacing with MSP430 has to be implemented by yourselves.

Best Regards,
Fabian
