I am trying to purchase the RFID microchip, the UCODE G2iM+. It seems to be available in different packages such as SL3S1013FTB0 and SL3S1003FUD. I can see options to buy only for package SL3S1013FTB0. The other package is shown as active, but with no ordering information. Any ideas on how I can get this microchip in SL3S1003FUD package?
SL3S1013FTB has classic plastic package XSON6, but SL3S1013FUD is a version supplied on wafer of 100k+ pcs (dies), which you can't buy from standard supplier.
