I have used PN7462 in my one of NFC design. I want to know that if i will give 3.3V supply in place of 5V supply to PN7462 IC then is there any effect on its RF field generation. Its RF range will depend on its supply?

Yes, external supply (up to 5.5V) can be used to increase RF power according to chapter 9.1 Power supply consumption of the PN7462 data-sheet:
