There is a topic discussed what similar situation I have met https://community.nxp.com/t5/NFC/Intermittent-presence-check-failures-on-PN7150/m-p/1227999

After studied, I found the default value of  RF_CLIF_CFG_BR_106_I_RXA_P in PN7150 is 0x0021 (A0, 0D, 04, 34, 44, 21, 00,).

Why the default value is different with libnfc-nxp-pn548.conf file?

And what range I could set?

If I change the value to 0x0621 (A0, 0D, 04, 34, 44, 21, 06, ) is there any side-effect?

I will appreciate it if someone could answer my questions!

Hi Brian:

According to AN11755:  CLIF_ANA_RX_REG can be fine-tuned to improve the analog down-sampling and baseband amplification of the card response before it is processed by the digital block.

For [15:4]:   Must not be modified.

So please not modify these bits[15:4], they are for internal use.  otherwise will result in unpredictable consequences.

Please refer to AN11755 for more details.

Regards

Daniel
