PN5180 has IRQpin and RESETpin.

Are those which is open-drive or push-pull?

I could not confirm that information about the specific configuration, but Reset state is entered when the pin is in a low state as mentioned in the chapter: 11.2.1.2 Power-down / Reset of datasheet. Regarding IRQ, please refer to chapter 11.3.2.1 IRQ PIN.
