NTAG I2C plus TLV

There seems to be a mismatch in the format of TLV info  between TagXplorer and NTAG I2C plus Demo kit.

NDEFs written with Demo kit are not accepted by TagXplorer and vice versa. One side seems to be nonstandard. Is there an easy way to patch data with Peek and Poke utility ?
