NHS3100 for smart label

I recently started a project about smart labels with temperature sensing and NFC communication

The goal is to develop a smart label that provides the following information (via an URL) once a user reads the NFC tag:

- the current temperature of the label

- the company logo

- a link to the company website

Is the NHS3100 ic suited for this purpose and where to start with respect to software?
