Can NHS3100's EVB - NHS3100TEMODBUL use NFC power to read temperature data? We are evaluating whether we can purchase it for product development verification.

Yes, NHS3100 can also be powered from the NFC field, for more details, please check the chapter 8.4.1 of NTAG SmartSensor temperature monitor

The NHS3100 itself can be powered by the NFC field, but I couldn't find the schematic of the NHS3100TEMODBUL. Judging from the application notes description, the NHS3100TEMODBUL should not be powered by NFC.
