Hi!

After win10 machine enters modern standby mode and wakes up, NFC will fail probabilistically. Can you help analyze the attachment log, which includes the whole process from pressing the power key (machine black screen) to waking up.

In the device manager, disable / enable the NFC device or restart the machine. The NFC function can be restored.

In addition, is the win10 1809 system equipped with 12.0.4.0 (RS5) driver or 12.0.6.0 (21h2) driver?

The information of the machine with ng problem is as follows,

Platform: Cherry tray (Intel z8305)

System version: win10 enterprise LTSC 1809 17763.1399

NFC chip: npc300

NFC driver version: 12.0.4.0(RS5)

Hello @Karyliu .

Unfortunately, we don't have rights to support this product NPC300. It is a NFC chip using in Mobile application. Specially supported by a mobile team in NXP. Please contact the local distributor or NXP marketing to request for special support.

Have a nice day.
