please give me more information about your needs, if you need a reader what kind of modes you will be using, R/W, card emulation, peer to peer, I assume that you need a Tag with the size specification you mention, the smallest recommended antenna in our antenna design application notes, the smallest antenna is the class 6

this appnote is just a reference. also let me explain that NXP sell the IC used on tags we do not manufacture tags, we have a list of manufacturers https://nxp-rfid.com/rfid-ecosystem/ if what you need is a reader we have some evaluation boards but none of them will fit your size requirements.
