Mifare Ultralight Ev1 issue

hi , all

     We have buy many MIFARE Ultralight EV1(MF0) card and program it.  Now we found a problem：If we set 0x0  in auth0 of page 16. So it works ok on some phone of Android . But Sometimes happening  "tag lost " on some phones. 

If we set 0x3 in auth0, it works ok all. We want to know why? thanks.
