ICODE SLIX (SL2S2002) tag spec and supply

Hello,

We are using the : ICODE SLIX (SL2S2002) HF RFID tag with an Android Application for Stock Management.

I have two questions :

* Is it still the latest version in the same category ? or is there a new iteration ? (without having to modify on the Android side)

* Where can I get supply of it ?

Dear Luc Marchand,

Newer generation of SLIX is SLIX2 and it is fully backward compatible, meaning not need to modify Android side. See also comparison table for supply you can buy it from NXP web page or if you want the full solution (IC+antenna+ wrapper) please check the following list of certified manufacturers, this is because NXP does not sell the full solution of the tag, we sell the IC that is inside tha TAG so customers are free to design their own antennas if you do not intend to design your antenna and wrap it please check the link  for manufacturers.
