HChange security level 0 on mifare plus with APDU command

We are using nxp mifare plus in mass production.

When we want to use it as mifare classic, the secutiry level should be changed NXP said.

There is a tool named RFID Discover to change the mifare security level 0 data  but it is not designed for mass production. 

I used it for pre production but I need to change the security block in mass production.

Is there the way to change it with APDU commands?

Yes, RFID Discover can do what you want, but it's not suitable for mass production. However, the design resource you want are the security documents, and you need to sign an NDA with NXP to have access.

I got the Card Test Framework and trying to change mifare Security Level. I still have some problem to write Perso. There is the example to do similar one with Desfire but it does not help that much to do with Mifare Plus. Is there some example for Mifare plus? Maybe there is tome problem to authenticate.

I’m working in a company in Korea and we already have NDA. 

Should I get get another one? 

And I want to get a pdf document name also.

There are lots of documents and it is very hard to find the document I want.
