Hello NXP Community,
We have a customer who reported that there were some encoding failures during the programming of Desfire EV3 2k and Desfire EV1 2k, and they are unable to determine whether it is a chip issue or their encoding issue. For example, 2 out of 10 were not successfully encoded, and the prompt content is like the below image. Can you please help us find out the issue?
Many thanks for being kind enough to answer such a tough question.
Best regards
Hello @BonnieM
Thanks for contacting us and using the NXP products. For the better to support your issue, I'd like to know some situation of your customer.
1. which type of reader did your customer use? Is it from NXP?
2. Encoding code is programed by your customer or what tools did he use to read/write MIFARE EV3/1?
3. Did your customer have an NDA? I think that your customer application should involve some NDA documents.
