Datasheet for nxp nq330 NFC chipset

Hello,

I'd like to ask for datasheet and other documents regarding the NXP nq330 chip.

Is there a driver available for Linux or userspace library that supports this chip?

I've found https://github.com/NXPNFCLinux/nxpnfc. Is it the right one?
Also if that would be the case why isn't it upstreamed into Linux kernel?

What is the address of that device? Is it possible to change it through some pull-ups or pull-downs?

What are the differences between pn547c2/pn548c2/pn533/pn65t/pn66t/pn80t/nq210/nq220/nq310/nq330?

Thanks for contacting us and interested in the NXP products. Based on your description, all of the product series what you mentioned, only PN533 is a mass production, and the others are customer specific products. So, we here have any material or documents.
