DESFire EV2

1. Is it technically possible to decrease DESFire EV2 chip size? for example to make 6*16mm size inlay.  

2. If yeas, where can I order that size chip?

3. I also want to know, If DESFire EV2 is  technically compatible with mobile NFC application?
