Create device with PN5180 + emvco certification

Hello. We created some payment device on pn5180, how I understand now it’s need to certification EMVco L1&L2. I'll be very thankful if some tell what is the procedure for certification, if it’s need ( mean pn5180 allready have emvco certificate), how long it can be and how much it’l can be cost?
