Configuring custom keys on TagExplorer error 91AE

Hello,

I would like to configure custom keys (0 to 4) on my NTAG 424 dna. I was able to configure key 00, however, when I want to configure key 01 I first successfully authenticate it, but when I click change key I get the error 91AE.

What does this error mean and how can I change the key?

Does it have anything to do with the fact that I already set a link on the tag before?

Also I'm not sure what to set under New KeyVersion, so I just set 01. Could that be an issue?

This is a screenshot of my configurations: https://imgur.com/a/

Kind regards,

Mia

After writing my NTAG424 DNA using TagXplorer

I am not able to authenticate on NTAG Operations. The error is 91Ae.

I am not able to change any file settings. I tried to format NDEF but nothing change.

How can I recover this condition? What is the meaning of this error?

Thanks
