I'm planning to offer a payments product based on mifare 1k classic cards and I would like to know if there is a way to clone all the info including the serial number of the card from one to another.

if you have the security keys of the card you can rewrite them in a new card.
But if you don't have the keys, it's an act of malice nolegal.

Even the card's serial number (4 byte) can be copied?
Because I can check against a database if the serial is from a card issued by the bussiness.
