if we wish to select a chipset to fulfill the new Requirements from Mastercard and Visa for SoftPOS applications like Software.IO, Pay One, Global Payments GP Tom, Viva Wallet, or Worldline (all this applications are available at Google store), what will be the best choice?

And if our android device needs to support those above apps, what kind of EMV certificate it should pass?
