MCSPTR2AK396 motor control kit

I understand that this motor development kit uses SVPWM to control a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor. My question is whether the programming within this kit is limited to the most basic SVPWM implementation—essentially just inputting parameters for control. Can I modify the SVPWM through programming to meet my development requirements?I look forward to your response.
