FreeMaster Communication Error - BLDC motor application

We are developing the auto door operator using BLDC motor to control the door operations. motors ratings are 24V and 10 A.

I am facing communication issues with the free master tool whenever the current consumed is more than 8 amps. Due to this there is a loss of communication and unable to take the trace. Please refer to the attached image for error message.

Only way to come out of this error is to unplug the USB cable from the laptop and the connect it back. Please note this issue is not occurring when the current drawn is less than 8 A.

Could you please guide us to solve this issue.

this is not related to Freemaster or to SW in general, this is obviously caused by electromagnetic interference. This needs to be solved on HW level - typically by filtering, shielding, grounding...
