Use MBDT for commercial pruposes

We've acquired the 'NXP_MBDToolbox_S32K1xx_4.3.0_20220913' Matlab Support package Toolbox and are interested in its possibililty for commercial use. Specifically, we're exploring the possibility of utilizing the toolbox to develop software for commercial purposes, with the intention of generating revenue from it. Is there any legal agreement for this matter that we can get our hands on, we would appreciate it.

This question does not have a straightforward answer that we could provide to the customer, since legal aspects related to the licensing agreement must be analyzed in order to determine what would be the best way to proceed in this scenario.
