TagXplorer software & supported readers

I would like to use TagXplorer windows desktop software with ACR1281 reader, but I get message "Reader not supported" when try to connect.

In the supported readers list this reader model is included. So I don't understand why I'm getting this message.

Any idea?

Can I fix it?

This community space is only for MATLAB/Simulink related topics. Unfortunately, we do not cover for other solutions except the Automotive micro-controllers.

Since i do not know who's responsible for this tool you are mentioning, my advice is to add a ticket to the Support|NXP 

This way your question will be routed to an appropriate pool of experts that may help you!
