S32k344-172 Flashing Process not working

Hi, we are testing the GPIO for the S32k344-172Q through NXP MBDT toolbox, trying to configure the pins (High/Low). But, At hardware end not voltage at controller pin. 

While, trying with the hardcode (embedded C) its working as intended.

I am not sure what do you mean by "While, trying with the hardcode (embedded C) its working as intended.". Can you give more details about the steps you took and if there were any errors?
