When I click on the link to download the s32k3xx mbdt v1.2.0 version, this download file cannot be accessed and I cannot create a license file for the old version.

Thank you for your interest into the MBDT for S32K3 toolbox.
Now, you should be able to access the toolbox and download its license by proceeding with the following steps:
1. Click on the following link (https://www.nxp.com/design/development-boards/motor-control-development-solutions/model-based-design... and go to the Downloads section
2. From the displayed products, choose the Automotive SW - S32K3 - Model-Based Design Toolbox
3. Here, you should be able to access all the versions of the toolbox.
4. Click on the S32K3xx 1.3.0 as this represents our latest release allowing you access to the entire set of updates, features and functionalities. From the opened page you can download the .mltbx and its license file from the License Keys tab.
