RD-HVBMSCT800BUN - MATLAB example code error

Dear Sir, Madam,

We have procured RD-HVBMSCT800BUN evaluation board. Attached picture show the connections after power ON. I have installed the NXP MBDT toolbox & S32K3 toolbox in MATLAB successfully. When I tried to run the sample code for RD-HVBMSCT800BUN in MATLAB after connecting my PC with the BMU board using USB connection, I get errors attached. Please provide a Microsoft teams meeting date and time at the earliest to resolve the errors and build & deploy code to the evaluation board.

Hello,

In order to use the MBD for BMS v1.2.0, you need to install beforehand the MBDT for S32K3 version 1.4.0. It is a must to use the 1.4.0 version.

The setup should be:

0. Uninstall all MBD for S32K3 toolboxes you have already installed as you can't have two MBD for S32K3 installed in the same MATLAB version.

1. Install MBD for S32K3 1.4.0

2. Install MBD for BMS 1.2.0

3. Open MBD for BMS toolbox, navigate in MATLAB to the patches folder and extract the achieve saved there. 

4. Open the newly created folder and run the .m  script.

5. Run mbd_s32k3_path script from the MBD for S32K3 toolbox

6. Run mbd_bms_path script from the MBD for BMS toolbox

7. The toolboxes are now properly installed. You can open an example and generate code and deploy it on target.

Hi Sorin, Thank you for your reply. We have installed the versions of S32K3 and NXP MBDT as you mentioned. The error is from Matlab code. Please share the updated Matlab code. Would be great if you are available to have a Microsoft Teams for debugging and resolving the error. Thank you!
