Hi,

this is a question from customer:

"I have followed the instruction to generate license file via Installation guide but couldn't verify the license.

Host ID: 0431-F19D

Error code when typing switch_spt:
Error using spt31_sim_mex
Error code is -5, and error message is: No such feature exists.

When clicking Verify RADAR Toolbox License:
error message window shows
No valid license file has been found
"

Any idea how to solve this?

Can you ask the client to send you the license file he used?

Hello Lukas,

Most probably the client has license only for SPT 2.x, and he calls switch_spt, which tries to use SPT 3.1 simulator (default version). To avoid this call switch_spt(20).

If the client wants to use SPT 3.x, please contact @Daniel_Popa.
