Well all of our licenses tests were successful, so please perform one of the following checks:
1. Be sure that the HostiD(Volume Serial Number) is correct. You can check it by typing the "volc" command in cmd. If is wrong please generate a new license using the correct HostID.
2. Be sure that you saved the license from nxp website by using the "Save all" button and not copied it because it can have the .txt hidden extension.
3. Please check if the license has the .dat extension please chenge it .lic file.
