NXP MATLAB Model based design toolbox licensing issue

Facing the following issue while trying to activate my license for the NXP MBD Toolbox. I've done the step mentioned in the error message of using the host ID from my Machine to generate the license, but the issue still persists.

License Error: -1, Model-Based Design Toolbox License Missing, please go to The Model-Based Design Development Toolbox Web Site to get a free license or request a demo. Provide the following HostID: ee437ac9

The solution that worked for my application is that, I had to delete all the previous licenses that gave this error, and upon retrying, it worked. So deleting the stored versions when you clicked activate prior and doing it again should solve the issue.

Which toolbox are you using?

This -1 code means that our toolbox cannot find a valid .dat/.lic file in its installation lic folder. 

You have to go to the NXP website and request a free license using the code mentioned in the error. Once you have downloaded the license, you have to copy that license file inside our lic folder.
