I am Sagar Mistry from the system level Solution Pvt Ltd(India).

I required your technical help and guidance regarding the simulation file S parameter s2P file of NXP BGA6130 PA for the RF simulation and analysis purpose.

I need to perform the s parameter simulation in ADS with your s2P file and need to check the effect of the matching components.

Please find the attached the Datasheet of BGA6130 PA for your reference.

Also attached device model information file for more reference.
