Have you tried to use the standard Simulink Discrete PID Controller ?
That block can be configured exactly as you have suggested - integrator with reset option.

To achieve this you have to:
1. select the Controller type as: I

2. select the appropriate integrator method

3. enable the External reset option

Can you check on your side if this approach will address your use-case. If not, then we can add a feature request to add the capability on the AMMCLIB block to do this as well.
