Is MBDT for BMS v1.2 integrable with MBDT for S32K3 latest? (v1.7)

Basically the subject - MBDT for BMS v1.2 mentions requiring MBDT for S32K3 v1.4, but 1.7 would be preferable to work with for an upcoming project.

Is MBDT for BMS v1.2 able to integrate with newer MBDT for S32K3?

Alternatively, is there a given roadmap for this add-on? I see latest update is of Nov '24 and not much news posted on this topic.

The MBDT for BMS 1.2 is only compatible with the MBDT for S32K3 1.4. This is because the MBDT for BMS contains the BMS SDK 1.0.3 which is only compatible with the RTD version 3.0.0 which is included into the MBDT for S32K3 1.4.0. The newer MBDT for S32K3 are including newer RTD releases and the BMS SDK can't work with that.

So for now, the MBDT for BMS 1.2.0 can only be used with the MBDT for S32K3 1.4.x due to the stacks used inside the components.

Could you please detail why you require the MBDT for S32K3 1.7.0? Is there any component or hardware support which limits this combo for your project?
